1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ns999" or "Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting services operated under the ns999 brand and accessible at ns999.app.
• "Player", "User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who has registered for, or is accessing, an ns999 account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon registration on the ns999 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player using an approved payment method and held in the ns999 account wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits credited to an Account by ns999, subject to applicable wagering conditions.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including but not limited to identity document submission and verification.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account with ns999 or by continuing to use the Platform after any amendment to this Agreement has been notified, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request account closure by contacting ns999 customer support.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ns999 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior representations, communications, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To open an ns999 Account and access the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ns999 operates strictly as an 18+ platform. Any individual found to have misrepresented their age will have their Account suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ns999 or had an ns999 Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not prohibited by the laws of your country, state, or province from accessing online gambling services. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legal status of online gambling in your specific jurisdiction before registering. ns999 does not provide legal advice and makes no representations about the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction.
• You will provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4. Account Rules

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the ns999 Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person, constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ns999 Account login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access the Platform using your Account.
• You must notify ns999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• ns999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.
• ns999 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirements.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the ns999 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made using approved payment methods, which include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller, subject to availability.
• ns999 does not accept cash deposits. All funds must be transferred electronically using a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC will be unable to initiate withdrawal requests. ns999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• ns999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, the volume of requests, and the outcome of security checks.
• Funds deposited must be used for genuine gambling activity. Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without any casino or betting activity may be treated as money laundering and will result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ns999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players as determined by ns999 at its sole discretion. ns999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Where a Player holds both a Real Money Balance and a Bonus Balance, Real Money funds will be used first for wagering purposes unless the applicable promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, misrepresenting eligibility, or exploiting promotional mechanics — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
• ns999 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where abuse or irregular patterns of play are detected.

7. Casino & Betting Rules

All casino games and sportsbook markets available on the ns999 Platform are governed by game-specific rules displayed in the respective paytable or market description. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes cannot be predetermined or manipulated by ns999 or any game provider after a round commences.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome or settlement of a game round or bet, ns999 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the Player's account.
• ns999 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed after the event or game outcome could reasonably be known, or where the bet was placed as a result of a manifest error in the offered odds or game configuration.
• Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the applicable market rules. ns999's decision on all settlement matters is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ns999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in civil or criminal referral:

• Opening or using more than one Account.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment instruments for deposits.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or undisclosed vulnerabilities in any ns999 game or system.
• Abusing the bonus system through patterns of play that violate the spirit of the applicable promotion terms, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ns999 Platform, including but not limited to the ns999 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data, is the intellectual property of ns999 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, scraping, reverse engineering, or commercial use of Platform content is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of ns999.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ns999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
• ns999 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings attributable to technical malfunction, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if ns999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• ns999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• ns999 is not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of any third-party payment service used to make deposits or receive withdrawals.

11. Responsible Gaming

ns999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling is not a method of generating income and carries inherent financial risk. ns999 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit increases take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications that remind you how long you have been playing within a session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to the Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.

13. Amendments

ns999 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ns999 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address on file or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. Your continued use of the ns999 Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ns999 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause limits ns999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
